Who We Are
At the heart of MON Consultancy is our founder and CEO, Mehmet Onur Oguz—a visionary leader with over two decades of international experience across finance, business development, and strategic transformation. Born in Antalya, Türkiye in 1980, Mehmet's journey has taken him across the UAE, Russia, Qatar, Algeria, Libya, and Turkey, helping companies navigate change, grow sustainably, and build solid foundations in challenging markets.
A graduate of Dokuz Eylul University with a degree in Economics, Mehmet began his career in finance and banking, where he quickly became known for his strategic insight and crisis management skills. Over 15 years, he built a reputation in the MEA and GCC regions for delivering results in construction finance, HR, and organization development.
In 2021, he established MON Consultancy—a boutique advisory firm built on the belief that transformation must be both visionary and practical. Under his leadership, MON Consultancy has become a trusted partner for businesses looking to expand, restructure, or start fresh in the UAE and beyond. From company formation, visa and quota approvals, and securing international funding to launching retail spaces with top mall groups like Emaar, Majid Al Futtaim, and Nakheel—MON Consultancy supports clients at every step.
